To pursue MBA at students must satisfy following eligibility criteria.

In order to secure admission to first year of two-year full time MBA/MMS/PGDBM/PGDM course, the candidate should fulfill the following eligibility criteria: Passed with minimum of 45% marks in aggregate ( 40% in case of candidates of backward class categories belonging to Maharashtra State only) in any Bachelor’s degree of minimum three years duration in any discipline recognised by the Association of Indian Universities OR Appeared for the final year examination of any Bachelor’s degree of minimum three years duration in any discipline recognised by the Association of Indian Universities. Such candidates can be considered for provisional admission subject to passing the Degree exam with minimum of 45% marks in aggregate (40% in case of candidates of backward class categories belonging to Maharashtra State only). OR Passed with any Bachelor’s degree of minimum three years duration in any discipline recognised by the Association of Indian Universities AND passed in any Post Graduate degree course of minimum two years duration recognized by the Association of Indian Universities in any discipline with minimum 45% marks in aggregate ( 40% in case of candidates of backward class categories belonging to Maharashtra State only) OR Passed with any Bachelor’s degree of minimum three years duration in any discipline recognised by the Association of Indian Universities AND Appeared for the final year examination of any Post Graduate degree of minimum two years duration in any discipline recognised by the Association of Indian Universities. Stage I – Sale of Information Brochure Stage II – Registration for CET Stage - III: Appearing for the MAH-MBA/MMS-CET 2010 Stage - IV: Declaration of CET 2010 results. Stage - V: Registration for the GD & PI Stage - VI: Appearing for the GD & PI Stage - VII: Submission of Work Experience certificate. Stages (VIII- XVI) of the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) Stage VIII –Confirmation of “Application Form for Admission” at ARC Stage- IX: Display of Merit list and issue of score card. Stage-X: Submission and confirmation of online option form for CAP Round I, II and III Stage-XI: Display of Allotment, Rules of Reporting to the “Respective Institutes” and confirmation of the admission of CAP ROUND-I. Above process is repeated for round 2 to 4.

From 05-04-2010 at 5.00 P.M. 5. Registration for the Group Discussions(GD) and Personal Interviews(PI) and receipt of call letter. From 12-04-2010 To 26-04-2010 6. Eligibility

To pursue MBA at Matoshri College Of Management And Research Centre, Eklahare students must satisfy following eligibility criteria.

The minimum qualification to apply for admission to the MBA Program is a Bachelor's Degree (10+2+3 years of education) in any discipline which is recognized by the Association of Indian Universities, or any degree equivalent to the Bachelor's Degree, with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in the Secondary / Higher Secondary / Pre-degree Examinations (or equivalent) conducted by a Board / University.

Those appearing for the final year of the Bachelor's degree examinations may also apply subject to completing their examinations or viva-voce, if any, before June 30. Such candidates will however have to fulfil the above eligibility requirements in respect of minimum academic qualifications for admission and furnish evidence to that effect latest by October 31. At the time of interview and/or admissions, they will be required to produce a letter from their College Principal / Head of Institution stating the exam dates.

Candidates with appropriate industry experience will be given preference for admissions. Their work experience will be given due weightage in terms of the organization, position held and duration.

Admission Procedure

Selected candidates will be called to attend Group Discussions and Personal Interviews. Multiple Group Discussion & Personal Interview lists will be released in phases, both before and after the Application Deadline. The intimation for interview & group discussion is done through registered post and e-mail. In the case of some programs, Group Discussion may not be conducted, in favor of a rigorous interview process.

The selection criteria for calling candidates for admissions is based on multiple factors as follows:

  • Past academic performance
  • Quality & content of the answers in the application form
  • Work experience, if any , in terms of job content & organization
  • Group Discussion & Interview performance (applicable for final admissions only)
  • Extra curricular activities, other interests & accomplishments
  • Competitive Test score (CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT)

A combination of all the above factors are used to determine the eligibility of candidates to be offered final admission. Test scores are NOT the only criteria for selection.

A high test score does not guarantee a call for Group Discussion/Interview. The selection criteria are based on multiple factors as mentioned above.
