Marathwada Mitra Mandal’s College of Engineering Karvenagar was established in 2006 under the aegis of the trust "Marathwada Mitra Mandal, Pune" which itself was formed in 1967. The institute has been affiliated with the University of Pune and all its courses are approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

Simultaneously the college has also been recognized by Directorate of Technical Education (DTE). The campus is situated in the area of Pune with the lush green environment and avant-garde facilities along with modernistic infrastructure.

The courses offered by MMCOE Pune are in the field of Engineering and Management. These courses are Bachelor of Engineering, Master of Business Administration and Master of Computer Applications.

Placement record of this college is one of its strongest points.

Application and Admission Procedure

It is important to have atleast 50% marks in 10+2 or Graduation for the students looking forward to enroll in the different UG/PG courses respectively.

The admission to the university is strictly based on the merit list of the MHT-CET exam which is generally held on the month of May.

There are certain rules and regulations that have been enlisted by DET which the appearing candidates need to keep in check. After securing the cut-off required by the university to apply, you can apply online or go directly to the university. Once your name is in the merit list of the university you will be called for further counseling.

Admission Procedure

• Other than MHT-CET students can also secure their position in the university with the help of JEE-Mains.
• Students looking forward to pursue a MBA degree from the university needs to give CAT, XAT, MAT, GMAT and ATMA.
• Once the students have cleared the MHT-CET then can directly apply to the university. The selected students will be called for further counseling.

Hostel and Facilities

Campus Facility

Marathwada Mitra Mandal’s College of Engineering is located in the Karvenangar region of Pune, in the state of Maharashtra. The campus houses a state of the art building architecture with smart aid classrooms along with interactive sessions.

A very well designed library providing a number of books and a digital center for free access to various well-renowned journals. The campus provides a well-established physics laboratory and boosts various research activities in the field of high-speed research centrifuge.

Other facilities include Gymnasium for girls and boys, Bank, ATM, playground and a dispensary.

Hostel

Distinct hostels are provided for girls and boys independently. Hostels can accommodate around 437 students at once. As the seats are limited so rooms are provided on the first come first serve basis. And in few cases, rooms are provided on merit basis.

Hostels provide homely and calm atmosphere along with spacious rooms. Each room consists of a table, a bookshelf, a mattress, a pillow and a bedsheet. Rooms have bathrooms attached to it and each room is given 24/7 internet facility and power supply.

Other facilities include R.O purifier, sports facility, Reading area, TV room, Elevator, Parking, Medical health center and a professional counselor.

Student Activity

For overall development of students, regular debates and conference are held. Annual technical fest and cultural meets form a part of student life in this institution.
