Bundelkhand Medical College (BMC Sagar) is a government medical college in Sagar, Madhya Pradesh. It was established in 2009. It is affiliated with the Madhya Pradesh Medical Science University, Jabalpur.

BMC Sagar offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses. The main program is the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS). Other courses include Bachelor of Science in Nursing and postgraduate Doctorate of Medicine (MD) and Master of Surgery (MS) in many specialties.
