On the proposal of the Government of Karnataka, Bangalore University has accorded sanction of affiliation to start 5 year LL.B. Course by the society from the academic year 1997-1998. Presently the Karnataka State Law University has taken over the Law College from academic year 2009-10 onwards. Recognized by the Bar Council of India, BES College of Law has introduced five year integrated law course and three year LLB Degree Course. Top ranked amongst the premier Law Colleges in Bangalore , the college is ideal for students serious in taking up legal profession. The Law institute admits only full time students and runs LLB as a full time course during the day from 10 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. The best law courses in Bangalore are provided by this College and it has a good Library which is opened on all working days between 10.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. In addition, sports Facilities are provided for Students outdoor including Shuttle cock, Throw Ball, Volley ball, Basket ball, Kho-Kho, Kabaddi and Indoor games like Carrom, table tennis, Chess and Athletics. All the students in the institute are encouraged for extra-curricular activities such as conducting of Moot Court competition, Mock Parliament, organization of Legal Awareness Programs, Debates literary and cultural activities.
