Shri Vaishnav Institute Of Management (SVIM) Indore

Shri Vaishnav Institute of Management is a private institute in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. It began operations in 1987 and is managed by the Shri Vaishnav Shaikshanik Evam Parmarthik Nyas Trust. It has received an 'A' grade accreditation from NAAC for three consecutive cycles.

The campus spans 7 acres. The institute offers undergraduate courses, including BBA, BCA and BSc in Computer Science and Information Technology. For postgraduate studies it offers MBA and MCA. Flagship program is MBA.

The student body exceeds 2200 maintaining a student-to-faculty ratio of 3-60. The college is affiliated with Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya in Indore. It is also approved by AICTE and UGC.

Facilities on campus include a library, laboratories, computer labs, a canteen, an auditorium, hostels and staff quarters. Library houses 48,166 books, 2,728 CDs, over 2,000 online journals, 85 print journals, 41 video cassettes and 18 encyclopedias.

Admission for MBA course relies on CMAT scores. 

Institute has received ISO 9001-2008 certification and an 'A' grade from NAAC. In rankings, it has been classified as "A8" among the top B-schools in India by AIMA and placed 263 out of 281 colleges by India Today in 2022.

Placement rates are around 50-60% annually. Average salary package ranges from Rs. 3-4 lakhs per annum with some students earning up to Rs. 7 lakhs. Companies like Infosys, TCS, ICICI, HDFC and Deloitte participate in recruitment.
