Post Matric Scholarship Scheme for Minorities:

Applicable to: Students belonging to minority communities (Muslims, Sikhs, Christians, Buddhists, Jains and Zoroastrians).
Eligibility: Must have secured at least 50% marks in the previous final examination and have an annual family income less than Rs. 2 lakh.
Expenses covered: Scholarship amount of Rs. 10,000 per annum for technical and vocational courses.

Post Matric Scholarship Scheme for SC/ST/OBC Students:

Applicable to: Students belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), or Other Backward Classes (OBC).
Eligibility: Must have secured at least 50% marks in the previous final examination and have an annual family income less than Rs. 2 lakh for SC/ST and Rs. 1 lakh for OBC.
Expenses covered: Scholarship amount varies from Rs. 300 to Rs. 1200 per month depending on the course and hostel status.

Merit cum Means Scholarship Scheme for Professional and Technical Courses:

Applicable to: Students pursuing professional and technical courses.
Eligibility: Must have secured at least 50% marks in the previous final examination and have an annual family income less than Rs. 2.5 lakh.
Expenses covered: Scholarship amount of Rs. 20,000 per annum for technical courses.

National Scholarship Portal:

Central Sector Scheme of Scholarship for College and University Students:
- Applicable to: Students who have passed class 12th with at least 80% marks and are pursuing regular degree courses in any stream.
- Expenses covered: Scholarship amount of Rs. 10,000 per annum for the first three years and Rs. 20,000 per annum for the fourth and fifth year.
Prime Minister's Scholarship Scheme for Central Armed Police Forces and Assam Rifles:
- Applicable to: Wards of personnel of Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) and Assam Rifles (AR) who have passed class 12th or diploma with at least 60% marks and are pursuing professional degree courses.
- Expenses covered: Scholarship amount of Rs. 2250 per month for boys and Rs. 3000 per month for girls.
AICTE Pragati Scholarship Scheme for Girls:
- Applicable to: Girl students who have passed class 12th or diploma with at least 60% marks and are admitted to AICTE approved technical diploma or degree courses.
- Expenses covered: Scholarship amount up to Rs. 30,000 per annum or tuition fee (whichever is less) plus incidental charges.
