Scholarships

Post Matric Scholarship:

Applicable to students belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/Other Backward Class/Minority communities.
The scholarship amount varies based on the course and student category.
Eligibility criteria:
- Passed the previous qualifying examination with at least 50% marks.
- Family income not exceeding Rs. 2.5 lakh for SC/ST students, Rs. 1 lakh for OBC students and Rs. 2 lakh for minority students.

Merit Cum Means Scholarship:

For postgraduate students pursuing professional and technical courses.
Scholarship amount: Rs. 20,000 per annum or actual course fee (whichever is less).
Eligibility criteria:
- Secured at least 50% marks in the previous final examination.
- Belong to a minority community (Muslim, Christian, Sikh, Buddhist, Jain, or Parsi).

Fee Concession Scheme:

Applicable to students belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/Category-I communities.
Covers tuition fee, laboratory fee and other prescribed fees.
Eligibility criteria:
- Passed the previous qualifying examination with at least 50% marks.
- Family income not exceeding Rs. 2.5 lakh for SC/ST students and Rs. 1 lakh for Category-I students.

National Merit Scholarship Scheme:

For students with a rank in the Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA).
Scholarship amount: Rs. 2000 per month for four years (undergraduate) or Rs. 3000 per month for two years (postgraduate).
Eligibility criteria:
- Rank within the top 1000 in CET (undergraduate) or top 500 in PGCET (postgraduate).
- Admitted to a government seat in Nargund College of Pharmacy through counseling.

Nargund College of Pharmacy Merit Scholarship:

For students with a rank in CET or PGCET who opted for a management seat in Nargund College of Pharmacy through counseling.
Scholarship amount: Rs. 10,000 per annum (undergraduate) or Rs. 15,000 per annum (postgraduate).
Eligibility criteria:
- Rank within the top 5000 in CET (undergraduate) or top 1000 in PGCET (postgraduate).
