Chandra Shekhar Singh College of Pharmacy (CSSCP), Kaushambi was established in 2009. The college is currently imparting education in the field of Pharmacy (B. Pharma).The institute is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and affiliated to Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow and by PCI, New Delhi & Directorate of Technical Education, U.P. CSSCP will enrich knowledge skills, attitude & self belief, so as to enable students to be successful in their futures endeavor.

CSSCP provides the students a stronghold in theoretical as well as practical aspects of the courses offered. CSSCP incorporates a unique blend of technology with conventional methods of education; imparting the lectures through video and computer assisted ways, as well. Eligibility

The admissions are done on the basis of entrance test for B. Pharma conducted by U.P.T.U, Lucknow. However, the management and the left over seats and filled by the management on the basis of the merit ar per the guidelines laid down by the university from time to time.

Candidates who have passed 10 + 2 or equivalent from any Board, with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subject and Maths or Biology as elective subjects.

To appear under Management / vacant seats, candidate from general/OBC category must have a minimum aggregate of 50% in 10 + 2 in Physics, Chemistry and Maths / Biology. Candidates belonging to the SC/ST category must have minimum aggregate of 45%.

Lateral Entry : - Diploma Holders in Pharmacy are eligible for direct admission to second year of B. Pharma.

The documents required for admission in B. Pharma are as under :

• Passing certificate of Intermediate of UP Board or (10+2) standard from other Boards
• Marksheet of Intermediate of UP Board or (10+2) standard from other Boards
• Marksheet of 10th standard.
• Passing Certificate of 10th standard.
• Migration Certificate
• Transfer Certificate
• Character Certificate
• Ten passport sized photographs
• Category Certificate

For admission to B.Pharma course through UPSEE, Statement of Marks of the entrance examination of UPSEE is also required.
