SR Engineering College was established by SR educational society in the year 2002. It is located on Warangal Karimnagar highway in the state of Telangana, India. It is a private – autonomous institution.

The campus is open and is approximately spread around 6 to 7 acres of land. The college is famous for its innovative study methods and exposure provided to the students.

Application and Admission Procedure

• Candidates seeking admission in B.Tech or M.E. should register for TS EAMCET/TS PGECET.
• The application form can be filled online.
• The counselling fee of Rs.1000 needs to submitted (Rs.500 for SC/ST candidates)
• The following documents need to be attached- aadhar card, income certificate, caste certificate, domicile certificate, college leaving certificate, mark sheet of class 10^th and 12^th or diploma in engineering, TS EAMCET rank card and hall ticket.

Hostel and Facilities

HOSTEL

In order to provide a safe and secure environment to girls there is Girl’s Hostel inside the campus of SREC. This well furnished hostel has a capacity of 100 students and provides basic facilities like a reading room, television room, internet facility, nutritious food, telephone, bed, individual cupboards, study tables etc.

The hostel is situated away from the chaos of city, thus provides a calm and pleasant atmosphere to the students. The students here get their personal space. The students of all the courses live together in the hostel as it is a healthy way of forming cordial relations and interacting with others. Ragging is strictly prohibited in the hostel and also in the campus.

Hostel facility is not provided to boys. The boys of SREC takes accommodation in different PG’s and flats located nearby.

OTHER FACILITIES

• A central Library that is open from 8:00 am in the morning to 7:30 pm in the evening. The library is well equipped and has digital library. There are 41,895 books, more than 1,200 bound volumes of journals (both national and international). There is a good collection of video lecture.
• For relaxation of mind various facilities for outdoor games like basketball, badminton, cricket, football, kabaddi, kho-kho, tennis court, throw ball, volley ball are given to the students.
• Facilities for various indoor games like carom boards, chess and table tennis court are also given to the students.
• Hi-tech labs which fulfils all the modern requirements
