The Panineeya Institute of Dental Sciences and Research Centre is a private dental college established in 2003-04. It is located in Hyderabad. Campus covers 5.3 acres. The institute focuses on providing courses in dental health care. 

The college offers graduate and postgraduate courses in dental surgery. The primary program is the Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS). It admits 100 students annually for BDS and 45 for the Master of Dental Surgery (MDS). Institute has conducted BDS for 13 years and MDS for 5 years across all specialties.

College is affiliated with Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences, Warangal. It features advanced dental equipment, over 250 dental chairs, a dental hospital, a library, seminar halls, laboratories, classrooms with audio-visual tools and personality development resources. It provides separate hostel facilities for boys and girls, a sports room, a playground, an open auditorium, a museum, a cafeteria and staff quarters. 

Admission to BDS program requires candidates to complete Intermediate Public Examinations with a minimum of 50% in science subjects and qualify in EAMCET Entrance. For the MDS program, candidates must hold a BDS degree from a recognized institute, score at least 50% and qualify through a competitive entrance examination.

The college has received approvals from the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare the Dental Council of India and the Government of Andhra Pradesh.
