Padmanava College of Engineering (PCE), Rourkela was established in 1999 by the Padmanava Educational Trust. The college is an ISO certified institute, affiliated to Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT), Rourkela,and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. The mission of the college is to endeavor is to build a model institution that others may possibly try to emulate in the years to come, with a vision across the time, to enrich the human capital of the nation to the height of excellence through technological empowerment. To create an environment in the institution which is conducive to the overall development of the personality of students and bring out their latent talents to the light, by inculcating in them, national perspectives, cultured outlook and team spirit.
