Scholarships

State Government Open Merit Scholarship: This scholarship is awarded to students who secure more than 75% marks in the qualifying examination and belong to the open category.
National Merit Scholarship: Students who secure a rank in the merit list of the qualifying examination are eligible for this scholarship.
Disabled Students Scholarship: Awarded by the state government to students with a disability of more than 40%.
Government of India Scholarship: This scholarship is for students belonging to scheduled caste, scheduled tribe, nomadic tribe, denotified tribe, or other backward class categories. It covers tuition fees, examination fees and maintenance allowance.
Rajashri Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Shikshan Shulk Shishyavrutti Scheme: Implemented by the state government, this scheme provides financial assistance to economically backward students from the open category with an annual family income of less than Rs. 8 lakhs. It covers 50% of tuition fees and examination fees.
Post Metric Scholarship for Person with Disability: Implemented by the central government, this scheme assists students with disabilities from families with an annual income of less than Rs. 2.5 lakhs. It covers tuition fees, examination fees, maintenance allowance, books and stationery allowance, escort allowance, reader allowance and transport allowance.
Dr. Punjabrao Deshmukh Vasatigruh Nirvah Bhatta Yojana: This state government scheme provides hostel facilities and stipends to students from agricultural laborer or marginal farmer families with an annual income of less than Rs. 1 lakh. Stipend amounts are Rs. 3000 per year for boys and Rs. 5000 per year for girls.
Post Metric Scholarship Scheme for Minority: Implemented by the central government for minority communities (Muslim, Christian, Sikh, Buddhist, Jain, Parsi) with an annual family income of less than Rs. 2 lakhs. It covers tuition fees, admission fees and maintenance allowance.
