Bharat Institute Of Technology School Of Engineering (BIT) Meerut

Bharat Institute of Technology (School of Engineering) was

established in 2001. The institute is affiliated to the APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow and has received accreditation from NBA.

It had received the best placement award from the state HRD ministry in 2015. It has also been declared to be the 24^th best placement engineering college in India by CSR Industry fusion in each semester.

The institute offers B. Tech courses in- Chemical engineering, Civil engineering, Computer Science and engineering, Electrical and electronics engineering, Electronics and communication engineering, Mechanical engineering and Information Technology. For entry to these courses the UPSEE 2018 ranks are taken into consideration.

M. Tech courses are offered in- Computer Science and engineering, Mechanical engineering and in Electronics and communication engineering.

The campus has hostels for both boys and girls with a capacity to accommodate 500 boys and 350 girls.

Other campus facilities include- library and e- library, cafeteria, health care center, conference room, transport, sports grounds, conference room, ATM, and a 24*7 medical center with own ambulance.

Top placement companies include- Hindustan Construction Company, Siemens, Larsen and Toubro, CMC Limited, PWD Delhi, Delhi Metro Rail Corporation etcetera.
