1. GATE Qualified Candidates:

• Stipend as per PG Scholarship norms of AICTE.
• Eligibility: Must have a valid GATE score card and admission in M.Tech program at NIELIT Gorakhpur.

1. Non-GATE Candidates:

• Stipend as per Internship Scheme of NIELIT.
• Eligibility: Must have a B.E./B.Tech degree in Electronics/Computer Science/IT or equivalent and admission in M.Tech program at NIELIT Gorakhpur.

1. Protsahan Puraskar Scheme:

• For SC/ST/Physically handicapped and Female students pursuing NIELIT O/A/B/C Level Courses.
• Scholarship amount: Rs. 4000/- for O Level, Rs. 5000/- for A Level, Rs. 6000/- for B Level and Rs. 7000/- for C Level per semester.
• Eligibility: Must belong to SC/ST/Physically handicapped or Female category and have passed NIELIT O/A/B/C Level examination in first attempt with at least 60% marks.

1. Merit Scholarship:

• For students securing 85% or above marks in NIELIT O/A/B/C Level Courses.
• Scholarship amount: Rs. 1000/- for O Level, Rs. 1500/- for A Level, Rs. 2000/- for B Level and Rs. 2500/- for C Level per semester.
• Eligibility: Must have passed NIELIT O/A/B/C Level examination in first attempt with at least 85% marks.
