R.N.G. Patel Institute of Technology is affiliated with Gujarat Technological University, Ahmedabad and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. It was established in 2010.

Students wishing to get admission after HSC can apply at Gujarat Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC). After which a merit list is prepared and students are allotted seats in various colleges in Gujarat according to the merit.

It provides students with various facilities like playground, canteen, computer lab, workshop, AC, language lab, library, laboratories, tutorial rooms, auditorium, transportation, internet, etc.

Hostel facilities

The hostel facilities are provided in order to maintain the peaceful and congenial atmosphere in the hostels. There are various basic amenities available for the students such as R.O. drinking water; Water Heater, mess facilities, transport facilities to make it accessible for the students, well furnished rooms with geyser facilities, warm water, cold water, laundry services, and so on for the students to make them feel homely in the college itself. The main aim is to nurture the students with the correct ambience.

Other facilities

The institute provides various facilities to the students such as infrastructure and educational facilities, fully equipped laboratories, language lab to empower them in communicative English, computer center, seminar halls, conference rooms, well furnished classrooms, digital library, workshop, playground, hub of extracurricular activities, tutorial classes and so on.
