Eternal University

was established in the year 2007 as a private body. It is run and maintained by Kalgidhar Trust. The institute is approved by All India Council of Technical Education and UGC.

It provides under graduate courses and post graduate courses and Ph.D. Programs (all courses only for girls) as well.

The institute offers various facilities to its students such as Microsoft Certified Training, labs, modern class rooms etc. The admission forms are available on the institute’s official website that is http://www.eternaluniversity.edu.in. The form can be submitted after paying Rs. 1000 as fees.

Eternal University Akal College of Engineering and Technology has its Training and Placement Cell which provides the students with experience in Live Projects like-

• Fiber Optics Network
• Deployment of Wi-Fi network
• Virtualization
• High availability of network services

Placement Process

For training and preparing candidates the placement schedule of October to November and January to April is followed. The representatives of the companies invited give a presentation highlighting their company, the job profile, salary package and HR policies followed by the their companies.

For the batch of 2016, some of the major recruiting companies are-

The university has been recognized has a Microsoft IT academy and the students are provided with Microsoft product trainings.

Students are given the opportunity of pursuing Government Internships such as NITI Aayog which is open to Under Graduate/ Post Graduate/ Research Scholars.

Application and Admission Procedure

How to Apply:

A score of at least 55% in school/college is the minimum requirement for admission into the undergraduate course and for postgraduate it is 60% in B.tech/B.E course.

Registration forms are available both offline and online:

Online:

Candidates can fill up the online form through the official website of ACET. Fill up the details and upload required documents. Payment can be done by Net Banking, Demand Draft, Cheque, or Bank Deposit.

Offline:

Candidates can go to the official website and download the form or simply by clicking here. Post the form on the given address after filling it with required documents attached with it. Demand Draft of RS 1000/- should be made in favor of Eternal University, Baru Sahib via Rajgarh payable at State Bank of India.

Admission Procedure:

After the seat is confirmed, students are asked for the documents required by the university as per their norms. The candidates are informed by the university about the confirmation of their seat in the desired programme after the verification of documents and other formalities that need to be done.

The fee can be deposited via cash (at the account branch of University), electronic transfer or via cheque/draft in favor of Eternal University.

Hostel and Facilities

Hostel

This University has girls hostel only. The hostel rooms are spacious and clean and well equipped with all basic types of furniture.

The hostel facilities include:

• Round the clock electricity
• Common room along with TV on each floor
• Round the clock tight security
• Separate Canteen
• Internet connection

The hostel has its own mess which serves veg food. Apart from that, in the hostel, there is a provision for indoor games such as carom board.

Other Facilities

This college has an auditorium with 300 seating capacity. Besides that, there is a well-stocked central library, sports complex, a spacious conference hall, well-equipped labs etc.

All the classrooms are spacious and have smart boards, LCD projectors, internet connection.

Within this campus, there is a Hospital with a 200-bed capacity.
