Merit-Based Scholarships:

• Eligibility Criteria:
  • The student must have secured at least 60% marks in the qualifying examination (Class 10 or 12).
  • The student must belong to the general or OBC category.
  • The annual income of the student's family must not exceed Rs. 2 lakh.
• Expenses Covered: The scholarship amount covers tuition fee, admission fee, exam fee and other charges.
• Application Process: Students need to register on the official website of U.P. Scholarship and fill out the online application form with required details and documents. They must also submit a hard copy of the application form along with attested copies of relevant certificates to the institute within the prescribed time limit.

Need-Based Scholarships:

• Eligibility Criteria:
  • The student must belong to the SC, ST, or minority category.
  • The annual income of the student's family must not exceed Rs. 2 lakh.
• Expenses Covered: Similar to merit-based scholarships, these scholarships cover tuition fees, admission fees, exam fees and other charges.
• Application Process: Students follow the same process as for merit-based scholarships.
