Scholarships at PICT

1. EBC Scholarship

• Applicable to: Economically backward class students with an annual family income less than Rs. 8 lakhs.
• Expenses covered: 50% of tuition fee for undergraduate students, 100% for postgraduate students.

1. TFWS Scholarship

• Applicable to: Tuition fee waiver scheme students admitted through the Centralized Admission Process (CAP).
• Expenses covered: 100% of tuition fee for both undergraduate and postgraduate students.

1. SC/ST/OBC/VJNT/SBC Scholarship

• Applicable to: Students belonging to scheduled caste, scheduled tribe, other backward class, vimukta jati, nomadic tribe and special backward class categories.
• Expenses covered: 100% of tuition fee and other expenses for both undergraduate and postgraduate students.

1. Minority Scholarship

• Applicable to: Students from minority communities (Muslim, Sikh, Buddhist, Christian, Jain, Parsi).
• Expenses covered: 50% of tuition fee for both undergraduate and postgraduate students.

Private Scholarships

1. Lila Poonawalla Foundation Scholarship

• For: Meritorious female students pursuing engineering or computer science courses.
• Covers: Up to Rs. 1 lakh per year for four years.

1. Narotam Sekhsaria Foundation Scholarship

• For: Outstanding students pursuing postgraduate studies in engineering or technology.
• Covers: Up to Rs. 20 lakhs as an interest-free loan.

1. Mahindra All India Talent Scholarship

• For: Students from lower income groups admitted to diploma courses in engineering or technology.
• Covers: Rs. 10,000 per year for three years.
