Atharva College of Engineering is an engineering college based in Malad, Mumbai. It is one of the premier technical institutions of the country. It has been ranked among the top 20 engineering colleges by the Times of India Survey.

The institute was set up in 1999 and is affiliated to Mumbai University. It is also approved by the AICTE. It is operated by the Atharva Educational Trust. It has a total campus area spreading across a gigantic and spacious campus of 6 acres.

The College has a total intake capacity of 800+ students and has the following departments:

• Computer Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Electronics Engineering

• Electronics and Telecommunication
• Applied Science & Humanities

The college also possesses state of the art labs and centres for Research and Innovation: Atharva Robotics Center, iMac Lab, Satellite Ground Station.

For admission into various UG programmes –

• Passed Class 12^th examination of State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with at least 50% marks and mandatory subjects (Physics, and Mathematics) along with Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical or Vocational subjects. and , OR
• Passed Diploma in Engineering and Technology and obtained at least 50% marks, OR
• Passed B.Sc. Degree from Recognised University as defined by UGC and obtained at least 50% marks, OR
• Obtained score mark in CET.

How to apply?

1. Applicants can apply for admission through online mode only.
2. The application fee is 500 rupees that can be paid through online mode via credit card, debit card and net banking.

Hostel

Atharva College of Engineering has an aesthetic and vast campus. Its location offers comfortable access to transportation facilities.

The college does not provide any residential accommodation either for boys or girls. Although, students can avail Paying Guest facilities near the campus.

Campus facilities

The campus is well known for its Innovation Lab and its KUKA robotics centre. It has spacious playgrounds for outdoor games like Cricket, Basketball, Volleyball etc. Apart from these, the campus has the following facilities:
