Vishwakarma Institute of Information Technology (VIIT) was established in the year 2002. It is located near Kondhwa, Pune in the state of Maharashtra, India. It is a private and autonomous Institute of Engineering. The institute was endowed by Bansilal Ramnath Agarwal Charitable Trust (BRACT).

Application and Admission Procedure

How to apply-

To apply to this institution the students need to apply for Centralized Admission Process (CAP). For this, a brochure will be published by the concerned authority and students have to procure the application kit form nearest Application Receipt Centre (ARC) as mentioned in a brochure by paying Rs 800/- for general and Rs.500/- for a reserved candidate.

Then login using the ID and password you have got in application kit purchased and fill in the personal and academic details along with JEE rank. Print the form along with the detail and requisite documents and visit the nearest documentation check center.

Hostel and Facilities

Campus Facility-

The campus of Vishwakarma Institute of information technology is located in Kondhwa region of Pune in the state of Maharashtra. The campus has a serene environment and modern up to date infrastructure.

It provides state of the art classrooms, workshops, well stocked Central library, Departmental library and computer labs. It has centralized entrepreneur cell to assist the budding innovators and has also established a competitive exam cell for helping the students to get a job after studies.

WiFi facility is available on campus throughout the day. Other facilities include a cafeteria, transport facility, a gymnasium sports arena auditorium, and a dispensary.

Hostel Facility-

Separate hostels are available for boys and girls. Each room is available on single and sharing basis. The accommodation capacity is limited so students coming from far off area are given preference.

Each room is equipped with a bed, table, chair, and cupboard. The uninterrupted power supply is assured in the hostel. Mess and kitchen are hygienic and recreational room are also present for indoor and outdoor games.

A television room is also present in the hostels. Other facilities include RO purifiers, solar power heaters and a mini infirmary with specialized staff.
