Fee Structure of Aryabhatta Knowledge University (AKU) , Patna

1. INSPIRE Scholarship: This scholarship is provided by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, for students pursuing basic science courses at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The scholarship amount is Rs. 80,000 per year for five years.
2. Non-NET Fellowship: AKU offers this fellowship scheme by the University Grants Commission (UGC) for M.Phil and Ph.D students who have not qualified NET or any other national level test. The fellowship amount is Rs. 5,000 per month for M.Phil students and Rs. 8,000 per month for Ph.D students .
3. National Scholarship Portal (NSP): Students can apply for various scholarships offered by central and state governments through the NSP. Some of the scholarships available include Post Matric Scholarship, Merit cum Means Scholarship, Central Sector Scholarship, etc.
4. Reliance Finance Scholarship: This scholarship scheme by Reliance Finance Limited supports students pursuing professional courses such as engineering, management, law, etc. The scholarship amount varies based on the course and student's merit.
5. State Government Scholarship: AKU provides this scholarship scheme for students belonging to SC/ST/OBC/EBC/Minority categories. The scholarship amount ranges from Rs. 1,500 to Rs. 15,000 per year depending on the course and category of the student.

The hostel fee is approximately INR 66,000 per year. This fee includes accommodation and mess facilities. The university runs eleven hostels.

The hostel provides facilities such as air conditioning, fridge, wi-fi and laundry.
