Fee Structure of ITM University, Gwalior

1. Entry Level Scholarships:

• These scholarships are based on the percentage of marks secured in the qualifying exam or performance in ITMU-NEST (National Entrance and Scholarship Test).
• The scholarship amount ranges from 10% to 100% of the tuition fee, depending on the course and marks.
• Applicable for both undergraduate and postgraduate courses.

1. Subsequent Level Scholarships:

• Based on semester-wise academic performance.
• The top 10% of students in each course are eligible for a scholarship of INR 7500/-, adjusted in the second semester fee.
• Applicable for undergraduate courses only.

1. Sports and Cultural Scholarships:

• Awarded to students who have represented at the state or national level.
• Scholarship amount is 50% for national level participants and 25% for state level participants.
• Applicable for both undergraduate and postgraduate courses.

1. Government Scholarships:

• Facilitated by the M.P. State Government for students belonging to SC/ST/OBC categories.
• Scholarship amount decided by the state government, adjusted in the second semester fee.
• Applicable for both undergraduate and postgraduate courses.

The university hostels have been developed within the vicinity of the campus. The boys' hostel has 1150 beds, while the girls' hostel has 200 beds.

Male Hostel Fee Structure-

• Three Bedded Common Bath- Rs.85,000 per year
• Double Bedded Common Bath- Rs.95,000 per year
• Double Bedded Attached Bath- Rs.110,000 per year
• Single Bedded Attached Bath- Rs.140,000 per year
• Four Bedded (2 BHK Flat) Two Sharing Basis- Rs.140,000 per year
• Studio Apartment On Twin Sharing Basis- Rs.140,000 per year
• Single Bedded (Studio Apartment) Exclusive- Rs.2,00,000 per year
• Double Bedded (2 BHK Flat) Exclusive- Rs.2,00,000 per year

Female Hostel Fee Structure-

• Double Bedded Common Bath- Rs.95,000 per year
• Three Bedded Common Bath- Rs.85,000 per year
• Six Bedded (2 BHK Flat) Three Sharing Basis- Rs.95,000 per year
• Four Bedded (2 BHK Flat) Twin Sharing Basis- Rs.140,000 per year
• Double Bedded (2 BHK Flat) Exclusive- Rs.2,00,000 per year

Additional charges include-

• Air Conditioning System Per Room per student- Rs.20,000 per annum
• Non-Vegetarian Food- Rs.8,000 per annum

Please note that the hostel caution money is 10% of the tariff and is refundable.

The hostels provide recreation and indoor sports facilities to the students. A mess which can accommodate up to 800 people is also present in close proximity to both the hostels. Transport facilities are also provided to hostlers for short excursions to Gwalior and other nearby areas.
