Application and Admission Procedure

Admission Procedure

Applicants can apply either online or offline to ITM University Gwalior.

Online process

Candidates may avail application form at the official website of the University and fill it in. The university shall communicate to them the ‘confirmation of the application’ through email which can be saved as a ‘print copy’ by the applicant.

A payment of Rs. 1000/- is required to be done in case of application through any of the credit/debit/ DD in favour of ITM University/ net banking payment gateways and Rs. 11000/- in case of registeration.

Offline process

Candidate can get the application form form the Counselling Cell at ITM University, Gwalior by paying Rs. 1000/- in cash or sending a demand draft of the same amount in favour of ITM University, payable at Gwalior along with a cover letter to ‘Director (Admission and Cousnelling)’.

Candidates need to mention their complete postal adress with the cover letter so as to ensure delivery of the application form. They need to writte their name. mobile numbers and address on the reverse side of the DD.

Hostel and Facilities

ITM University Gwalior covers a land area of more than 125 acres. It is one of the largest campuses and is located in a very healthy and beautiful atmosphere. The campus has all the facilities and each department has its own library. There is an amphitheatre named ‘NAAD’ where all the cultural events are conducted.

The University has 4 boys’ hostels and 1 girl’s hostel named Nalanda, Narmada, Sadipani, Shantiniketan and Girls cottage respectively. There is availability of mess facility which serves hygienic and tasty food. There is an auditorium, on-campus nursing home, 24 hours OPD. The college also encourages the students to play sports; there are badminton, volleyball, handball, basketball courts and indoor play rooms.

The Student’s Activity Council also organizes annual festival named KRONOS; it is a techno-cultural fest. The event is organized on a large scale level and teams from different colleges also participate in this event. There is also conduction of TIMS (Technology Innovation Management for Sustainable Development) which organizes technical programs and poster sessions along with lectures and speeches.

There are banks in the campus called the ITM banks; ATM facility is also available for all.
