Cotton College State University is located in Guwahati. It is a public state university established in 2011. Campus is in Panbazar, Guwahati.

The university offers many programs across disciplines. It provides undergraduate courses like BA, B.Sc. and BCA. At postgraduate level, it includes MA, M.Sc., M.Lib.I.Sc. and MCA.
