The Agriculture University, Jodhpur (AUJ) offers a range of scholarships to qualified students who meet certain criteria, including merit and financial need. One of the scholarships is the National Talent Scholarship (NTS) which is awarded by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) to students who seek admission in agricultural universities in a state other than their domicile, through the ICAR All India Entrance Examination (AIEE).

The number of NTS beneficiaries for the PG level and UG level at AUJ in the financial year 2021-22 were one and eleven respectively
The NTS is awarded initially for a period of one year and can be renewed annually based on satisfactory academic performance .
