Fee Structure Of KU, Warangal-Kakatiya University

Kakatiya University is a public university situated in Warangal, Telangana State. It was established on 19^th August, 1976. The University is spread across an area of 650 acres.

The University is enshrined with the motto “Marching towards Academic Excellence” and it offers total 120 courses (UG and PG) in arts, science, commerce and business management, social sciences, education, engineering and pharmaceutical sciences at a number of colleges spread in over four districts of Telangana State.

The University has 10 hostels that are capable of hosting 2976 students. 9 of them are located in the university campus while one for Law College located at University of Arts and Scince, Subedari.

Currently there are over 500 colleges in the jurisdiction of the university, either affiliated or constituent.

The University is very famous for its sports culture which has produced sportsmen of International Standards from time to time. The University provides 45 acres of land for sports activities. The university also has an indoor stadium equipped with wooden flooring and floodlights used for Volleyball, Badminton and Basketball games.

Application and Admission Procedure

Kakatiya University situated in Warangal which offers regular as well as Distance learning programs. The interested candidates can apply for the various undergraduate and postgraduate courses such as B.A, B.Com and B.C.A etc. The candidates must have passed 10+2 for undergraduate admissions.

The application forms can be submitted online by visiting the official website. The candidate needs to fill in all the details correctly after successful submission of the details an Application ID is generated which is useful in logging in to fill in the other details. The application fee is Rs.100.

For the PG programs the University conducts a separate Entrance Exam KU PGCET. The application fee is Rs. 450 for OC/BC and Rs.350 for the SC/ST candidates.

• Here, we will find six different universities with their logos along with a lot of instruction regarding the course and colleges. Read the instructions properly and browse the colleges and the course list
• Click on the register for registration.
• The forms you want to fill select it and fill in all your details.
• Further, make the online payment either through Credit/Debit card or through Net banking.
• If everything is done correctly you will receive a confirmation message.

In case of the PG courses, the candidates need to download their admit cards for KU PGCET and the admissions are based on its results.

Seats are allotted to the students by CGG as per UGC rules. The allotment letter can be downloaded from the website or received through SMS on registered mobile number. Accept the seat, by visiting the college with all the documents and complete the required procedure.

Hostel and Facilities

a. Kakatiya University provides hostels for the students.

b. Some of the other facilities provided in the campus are mess, gym, water supply and sports facilities.

2) Hostel

a. The hostel facility is available only for male students.

b. It also provides room with furniture and wifi, there are one TV room, reading room and CCTV surveillance also.

c. Hostel accommodation is available for everyone is based on first come first serve basis.
