Scholarships

Merit-Based Scholarships:

These scholarships are given to students who have secured high marks in their qualifying examinations or entrance tests.
The amount of scholarship varies from course to course and ranges from up to Rs 60,000 per annum for B.Tech (IT, ME, CE, EE, ECE) to up to Rs 10,000 per annum for MCA.

Need-Based Scholarships:

These scholarships are provided to economically weaker students or those with special circumstances requiring financial assistance.
The scholarship amount is decided by the university on a case-by-case basis after verifying relevant documents and income proof .

Additional Scholarships:

Female Candidates: All female candidates receive an additional 10% scholarship in all courses for the entire duration of their studies .
Wards of Defence Personnel: Wards of defense personnel receive a 5% fee concession in all courses.
Sports Quota: Students who have represented their state or national level in any sport receive a 10% scholarship in all courses.
- Hilly Regions: Students from hilly regions of Uttarakhand receive a 25% scholarship in all courses.
