Kunwar Satyavira College of Engineering & Management, Bijnor(Formerly known as Vira College of Engineering),is a further step taken by the Vira Charitable Society in the field of higher technological and managerial field with the aim of preparing the youth of the country to face the challenges of the 21st century. The Society runs under the able guidance of Sh. Ravi Vira Gupta, IAS, and retired Deputy Governor, Reserve Bank of India and is the President of the Vira Charitable Society. The Secretary of the Engineering College is Kunwar Udayan Vira, and enlightened farmer, politician and educationist.

Vira Charitable Society (VCS), Dharamnagri was established in 1968. Vira Charitable Society is a renowned educational society devoted to the cause of spreading education in the region and has so far following institutions from Nursery to Post Graduate level, both for boys and girls.
