Fee Structure of JNN Institute Of Engineering (JNNIE) , Tiruvallur

1. JNN Merit Scholarship (for Tamil Nadu students):

• This scholarship is for INR 3 Lakhs. It is scholarship is awarded to students with a 170+ cut-off in their higher secondary examinations.
• Covers 100% of the tuition fee for four years of engineering.
• Applicable for eight semesters of full-time study and includes coverage for transportation and food fees .

1. JNN Merit Scholarship (for other state students):

• Scholarship of INR 3 Lakhs is awarded to students with 90% or above marks in their 10+2 examinations.
• Covers 50% of the tuition fee for four years of engineering .

1. JNN Need-Based Scholarship:

• For students from economically weaker sections.
• Covers 25% to 75% of the tuition fee, depending on family income.
• Subject to verification of income certificates and other documents.

Also, JNN Institute of Engineering offers course-wise scholarships:

Eligibility Criteria for Course-wise Scholarships:

• Minimum of 75% marks in the previous semester.
• Minimum of 90% attendance in the previous semester.
• No arrears or disciplinary issues.

The institute also assists students in availing other scholarships offered by government and private organizations:

• Post Matric Scholarship Scheme: For minority students with at least 50% marks in the previous examination and annual income not exceeding Rs. 2 lakhs.
• Central Sector Scholarship Scheme: For meritorious students with at least 80% marks in the 10+2 examination and annual income not exceeding Rs. 8 lakhs.
