Scholarships at KPRIT:

1. State Government Scholarships:

• These scholarships are for students belonging to SC, ST, BC, EBC, Minority and Disabled categories.
• The scholarship amount depends on the category and student income.
• Covers tuition fee, admission fee, special fee and maintenance charges.
• Eligibility criteria:
  • Student should be Telangana state resident.
  • Admission through EAMCET or PGECET entrance exams.
  • Annual family income less than Rs. 2 lakhs  for SC/ST students, Rs. 1 lakh for BC/EBC/Minority students and Rs. 1.5 lakhs for disabled.
  • Not availing any other scholarship or stipend.

1. College Management Scholarships:

• Available to students admitted through management quota or spot admission.
• Scholarship depends on branch and student rank.
• Covers tuition fee only.
• Eligibility criteria:
  • Admission through management quota or spot admission.
  • Rank below 10,000 in EAMCET or below 500 in PGECET.
  • Minimum aggregate of 75% marks in qualifying examination.

1. External Scholarships:

• Offered by external agencies like Pratibha Foundation, Jindal Foundation, LIC Golden Jubilee Foundation, etc.
• Amount and eligibility criteria vary based on the agency and scheme.
