Rajesh Pandey College of Law is a Co-Education college and located in Ambedkar Nagar, State of Uttar Pradesh. It is just half km away from Railway Station Akbarpur and 300 meters away from akbarpur bus station. It is founded by Rajesh Pandey Memorial Educational and Charitable Trust. It is affiliated to Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Avadh University and approved by Bar Council of India (BCI). It offers three courses Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B.), Bachelor of Arts + Bachelor of Laws (B.A.L.L.B.) and Master of Laws (L.L.M.).

The Spacious library has great collection books and magazines and Journals, subscribes to standard writer's books with well seating arrangement. The moot court board at college of Law organizes and hosts all Moot Court and Mock Trial events at the law school. The college has goal to assisting the law student with developing superior advocacy skills by providing venues for competition and creating a national reputation through strong representation in regional and national competitions. The college has highly qualified, dedicated and experience faculty in the field of law education.

Admission Procedure and Eligibility:

Undergraduate:
Candidates who have passed bachelor degree examination in any stream with minimum 45% marks from a recognized University / College are eligible to apply.

Integrate:
Admission seekers should have obtained 45% marks in 10+2 examination from a recognized Board / College to be eligible to apply.

Eligibility

Eligibility for Law courses (LLB, integrated LLB) at RPCL -

1) 3 year Law Degree Course - A candidate who has graduated in any discipline from a recognized University can appear for L.L.B. course

2) Integrated Degree Program - Candidate must have passed 10+2 Higher Secondary Exam or an exam cosidered to be equivalnt to 10+2 Higher Secondary Exam can enrol for integrated degree program (LLB and a first degree in any other subject).

Candidates who have obtained 10+2 Higher secondary exam certificate or a graduate degree after taking up other courses through distance mode are also considered eligible for integrated degree course. But those candidates who have obtained 10+2 Higher secondary exam certificate or a graduate degree through distance mode or from open universities without any basic qualification are not eligible for admission into law courses.

Minimum marks for admission into law courses -

1) 40% for SC/ST candidates

2) 45% for other candidates

Admission Procedure

Admission will be based on a CLAT (Combined Law Aptitude Test).
