Fee Structure of Government Bikram College Of Commerce, Patiala

1. Post Matric Scholarship Scheme for SC/ST students: Funded by the state government, this scheme provides full fee concession, maintenance allowance and other benefits to eligible SC/ST students.
2. Post Matric Scholarship Scheme for Minority students: Funded by the central government, this scheme offers financial assistance to eligible minority students (Muslims, Sikhs, Christians, Buddhists, Jains and Zoroastrians) pursuing higher education.
3. Central Sector Scholarship Scheme for College and University Students: Funded by the central government, this scholarship supports meritorious students from low-income families pursuing graduation and post-graduation courses.
4. Merit-cum-Means Scholarship Scheme for Minority students: Also funded by the central government, this scholarship assists meritorious minority students from low-income families pursuing technical and professional courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
5. Chief Minister Scholarship Scheme: Funded by the state government, this scheme provides a 70% fee waiver to students who have secured more than 70% marks in their qualifying examination.

The college also offers other scholarships such as the National Loan Scholarship Scheme, National Merit Scholarship Scheme, Punjab State Talent Search Scholarship Scheme, etc., to deserving students.

Further college provides interest-free loans to needy students through its Student Aid Fund.
