Guru Nanak Institute of Management (GNIM) New Delhi

Guru Nanak Institute of Management was established in the year 1996 under the aegis of Delhi Sikh gurudwara management committee(DSGMC) which offered its guidance in the field of education along with a financial support for its due courses. The institute is affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. the campus is situated in the west Punjabi Bagh in the capital city of New Delhi. All the courses offered in this institute are approved by all India council for technical education (AICTE) and association of Indian Universities (AIU), the ministry of human resource and development (MHRD). This institution is located in lush green surroundings with state of the art infrastructure and modern building architecture. Various postgraduate and undergraduate courses are offered in the institute which is listed below-

• 2 year- Post graduate diploma in management (PGDM)
• 3 year- Master of computer application (MCA)
• 2 year- PGDM in retail management (PGDM-RM)
• Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com)

Admission to its various courses is done through the rank obtained in the national level examination: MAT (Management Aptitude Test) and for other bachelor courses the admission is done on the basis of percentage of the candidate in 12^th standard examination.

Hostel and Facilities

Hostel

The institute has no hostel facilities at present. The students can arrange paying guest accommodation in adjacent areas according to their needs.

Campus facilities

All the classrooms are air conditioned thus ensuring maximum comfort. The college provides an Information Technology course and has an ultra modern air conditioned computer laboratory equipped with 242 Core 13, Dual core, Core2Duo workstations.

The computer laboratory consists of a Main laboratory, a research laboratory, a Linux laboratory and a digital laboratory. All these laboratories are completely wifi enabled.

The campus library has 19042 books out of which 12630 are Management books and the rest are books for the Information Technology course. The library also has numerous national and international print journals and e-journals.
