Scholarships

Backward and Adi Dravidar Scholarships:

Applicable to students belonging to backward classes and scheduled castes/tribes.
Amount varies depending on the course and category of the student.

National Merit and Teachers Welfare Scholarships:

Awarded to students with high marks in their qualifying examinations.
Undergraduate students receive Rs. 500 per month, while postgraduate students receive Rs. 1000 per month.

KSR Help Fund:

Established by the chairman of KSRCT, Lion Dr. K. S. Rangasamy.
Aids economically weak and meritorious students.
Scholarship amount is decided based on academic performance and financial status.

Eligibility Criteria:

Merit-based scholarships:
Students should have secured at least 60% marks in their qualifying examination.
No arrears or backlogs in their course.
Need-based scholarships:
Valid income certificate from the revenue department.
No other source of income or scholarship.
