The two department of Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) and Information Technology (IT) impart students with superior education in Information Technology and prepare them for a lucrative future in the growth- oriented IT industry. The departments are equipped with most-modren, spacious and fully air-conditioned computer lab where students hone their skills. The facilities at the labs include personal computers with the most recent processors which are connected to the internet for the reference purpose of students. The labs have also been invested with all the authentic software applications. The other features include an LCD projector to bring alive the classes and for seminar needs as well as UPS for uninterrupted use during power cuts.

Sophisticated infrastructure is essential for imparting quality technical knowledge. In view of the above and as per the prescribed norms of the University,the Department of Electronics & Communications Engineering (ECE) is equipped with 30 MHz CRO’s, digital & analog communication kits, spectrum analyzers,frequency counters,microwave benches,and E-CAD lab with micro processors and micro controller kits analog with various interface modules,DSP kits and HDL software. Supported with a 15 KVA UPS system,the labs are designed to conduct practical classes for students. They are also encouraged to participate and prove their mettle in the paper contests and seminars.

The Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering(EEE) is fully equipped with AC and DC machines control systems,electrical measurements, networks & laboratories. The highly advanced systems of the department not only enable an integrated learning experience for tis students but also provide the needed expertise to excel in future. The laboratories of Electrical & Electronics Engineering department are also capable of conducting all the experiments as per the syllabus. The experienced and qualified faculty oversees the learning of the students. Workshops and guest lectures also from a part of the curriculum. Industrial visits, technical tours, technical quizzes and seminars are also organized to improve students skills in all criteria.

The Mechanical Engineering (ME) Department is run efficiently with the help of highly motivated and qualified faculty members from various national and international prestigious institutions. It has spacious and well-ventilated drawing/graphic hall,fuels and lubricants laboratory and workshop needed as per the relevant syllabus. The ergonomically designed labs are equipped with the necessary equipment and instruments needed to conduct the practical experiments as per the rules of the University. The qualified faculty helps and guides the students in various activities. Students are also encouraged to pursue independent research for paper presentations,seminars,group discussions and other enriching activities.

The Department of Civil Engineering is committed to research and development in civil engineering. Hasvita equips the students with fundamental knowledge and the skills needed to resolve the problems related with the construction and maintenance of infrastructure,in harmony with the society and the environment.Students are targeted to be experts in technical as well as entrepreneurial skills to reap dividends in the sector with immense potential.Due importance is given to practicals in the labs-Surveying, Strength of Materials, Fluid Mechanics, Instrumentation and Electrical Machines. Students undertake frequent visits to a wide variety of civil work sites like industries, dams, irrigation projects, residential, commercial, recreational and tourist construction sites, Software s like Auto Map, 3D Architect Ansys and Stadds are also used for proper understanding the concepts.

While for some institutions the responsibility of their students culminates after the college term,however,at Hasvita it extends further. A full-time training and placement officer makes sure that the placement facility is offered to all of its successful students. The initiative of Training and Placement Cell includes mentoring the students in aptitude, verbal, reasoning, technical aspects and HR interviews undertaken by fields experts.

Students are also encouraged to attend seminars and guest lectures of resourceful persons invited from the industry. A structured training programme in TOEFL and GRE is always there of students who wish to make it big with high scores at all levels
