Sankalchand Patel College Of Engineering was established by Sri Bholabhai C. Patel, Chairman of Nutan Sarva Vidhyalay Kelvani Mandal-Visnagar for providing education in the field of Engineering and Management Sciences. The institute is affiliated to Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University patan and Gujarat Technical University, Ahmedabad and is also approved by All India Council For Technical Education AICTE, New delhi

Adequate infrastructure facilities and equal opportunities to excel backed by sound inspiration and incessant motivations are the conspicuous qualities of our vidhyadham. Since we are aware of the fact that creation of talented computer and management professionals with sharp vision and glossy brain cells capable of satisfying the needs of the industry, demands that the educational complex should be far from the din and disorder of market life. The location of the Vidhyadham itself is the justification of this fact.

college Trust has the experience of the education field of 50 years at its disposal and it is fully equipped with all infrastructure and computer facilities. Almost 60.38 acres of land has been acquired to construct various buildings for various institutions. The vidhyadham is situated near Gandhinagar-Ambaji link road in VISNAGAR and surrounded by Natural surrounding in the lap of nature. Buildings for Degree and Diploma Engineering, M.B.A. and M.C.A. have already been constructed and these courses have already been shifted there. The remaining colleges are operating in the Sankalchand Patel Education Complex, Nootan Sarva Vidyalaya School Campus, Visnagar and they will also be shifted in the Vidhyadham campus in due course of time.

Apart from Institution buildings there is a provision for Girls' and Boys' Hostels, Staff Quarters, Principal's Bungalow, Guest House, Sports Complex, College Canteen serving fresh and hygienic food. Once the campus is constructed fully well and the staff members and the Principal have settled in the campus, the students will study under the able guidance and fatherly care of them.

Sankalchand Patel College of Engineering (SPCE) was established in 1999 BY Sri Bholabhai C.Patel, chairman of Nutan Sarva Vidhyalay Kelvani Mandal, Visnagar with an aim of producing world class professionals in the specialized fields of Engineering and Management sciences. It is situated near Gandhinagar-Ambaji link road in VISNAGAR and surrounded by Natural surrounding in the lap of nature. It offers seven undergraduate and seven postgraduate courses in the field of engineering and technology.
