SVIT provides various scholarships to its students based on merit and need. These scholarships are available for both undergraduate and postgraduate programs in engineering and technology.

Graduate Scholarships:

The institute offers state government scholarship schemes to students belonging to economically backward classes. Both the governments of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh provide Epass (Electronic Payment & Application System of Scholarships) for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PwD categories. The eligibility criteria for availing these scholarships include:

• Annual income of parents/guardians should not exceed Rs. 2 lakhs for SC/ST students and Rs. 1 lakh for OBC students.
• Valid Aadhaar card linked with a bank account.
• At least 75% attendance in each semester.
• No backlogs or disciplinary issues.

Postgraduate Scholarships:

1. National Scholarship Portal (NSP): A central platform for various scholarships offered by different ministries and departments of the government of India.
2. Post Graduate Scholarship for Professional Courses for SC/ST Students: A scheme by the University Grants Commission (UGC) to provide financial assistance to SC/ST students pursuing professional courses such as engineering, technology, management, etc.
3. Post Graduate Scholarship Scheme for ME/M.Tech Students admitted in AICTE approved Institutions/University Departments: A scheme by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) to provide financial assistance to GATE/GPAT qualified students admitted in ME/M.Tech programs in AICTE approved institutions or university departments .
