1. Saksham Scholarship Scheme:

• Applicable to: Specially-abled students pursuing technical education.
• Scholarship amount: Rs. 50,000 per annum for tuition fees and Rs. 30,000 per annum for contingencies.
• Eligibility criteria:
  • Admitted to a technical degree or diploma course through centralized admission process of the state or central government.
  • At least 40% disability certified by a competent authority.
  • Family income should not exceed Rs. 8 lakh per annum from all sources.

1. Pragati Scholarship for Girls:

• Applicable to: Girl students pursuing technical education.
• Scholarship amount: Rs. 50,000 per annum for tuition fees and Rs. 30,000 per annum for contingencies.
• Eligibility criteria:
  • Admitted to a technical degree or diploma course through centralized admission process of the state or central government.
  • Single girl child or one of the two girl children in her family.
  • Family income should not exceed Rs. 8 lakh per annum from all sources.

1. Swanath Scholarship Scheme:

• Applicable to: Economically weaker students pursuing technical education.
• Scholarship amount: Rs. 25,000 per annum for tuition fees and Rs. 20,000 per annum for contingencies.
• Eligibility criteria:
  • Admitted to a technical degree or diploma course through centralized admission process of the state or central government.
  • Family income should not exceed Rs. 6 lakh per annum from all sources.

1. AICTE PG (GATE/GPAT) Scholarship:

• Applicable to: Postgraduate students who have qualified GATE or GPAT exams and are pursuing M.E./M.Tech./M.Pharm courses.
• Scholarship amount: Rs. 12,400 per month for a maximum period of 24 months.
• Eligibility criteria:
  • Valid GATE or GPAT score at the time of admission.
  • Admitted to an AICTE approved institution through centralized admission process of the state or central government.
  • Not receiving any other scholarship or stipend from any other source.

It should be noted that Panimalar Engineering College itself does not provide scholarships but offers relaxation in academic fees to meritorious students.
