Scholarships

SARTHAK Scholarship:

A need-based scholarship for students belonging to economically weaker sections.
Covers 75% of the tuition fee for the entire duration of the course.
Eligibility criteria:
- Annual family income less than Rs. 4.5 lakhs.
- Not availing any other scholarship or financial assistance.
- Maintaining minimum 75% attendance and passing all subjects in each semester.

UDAAN Scholarship:

For foreign students who want to pursue their studies at NIFT Shillong.
Covers 50% of the tuition fee for the entire duration of the course.
Eligibility criteria:
- Having a valid passport and visa.
- Minimum 60% marks or equivalent in the qualifying examination.
- Not availing any other scholarship or financial assistance.
- Maintaining minimum 75% attendance and passing all subjects in each semester.

Corporate Scholarships:

Offered by various corporate partners of NIFT Shillong (e.g., ITC, Homeshop18).
Based on merit and performance in academic and co-curricular activities.
Amount and number of scholarships vary depending on the course and corporate partner.
