National Academy Of Agricultural Research Management, Hyderabad (NAARM) Ranga Reddy

The National Academy of Agricultural Research Management (NAARM) is in Hyderabad. It focuses on agricultural research and education. Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) established it in 1976. 

NAARM also serves as a training institute for Agricultural Research Service (ARS) cadre and operates autonomously under ICAR.

It offers different courses in agriculture. The main program is the Post Graduate Diploma in Management-Agriculture (PGDM-ABM). This AICTE-approved full-time two-year course has been offered since 2009. Other courses include the Diploma in Technology Management in Agriculture (DTMA) and the Diploma in Education Technology Management (DETM). Both are offered through distance learning.

NAARM features many facilities like a computer lab, medical hospital, cafeteria, laboratory, library and auditorium. It accepts CAT and CMAT scores for admissions.

ICAR approves NAARM and its programs are accredited by AICTE. NAARM has a rank based on the average rank of admitted students. It also holds a rating of 4.9 from student reviews.

NAARM has a strong placement record achieving 100% placements since its inception. In 2023 the highest salary package was INR 13.70 LPA and the average package was INR 10.63 LPA. Recruiters included Federal Bank, Syngenta, Yes Bank, Adventz and Bajaj Allianz.
