Francis Xavier Engineering College is a private institute established in the year 2000 under the affiliation of Anna University, Chennai and is ISO 9001:2008 certified. The college was awarded as “The Best Institute Award for Exemplary Service” by Honourable Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Dr. J. Jayalalitha, in the year 2015.
Francis Xavier college is located in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu and is spread across 15 acres of lush green land with well equipped labs, High speed Wi-Fi, e-learning classrooms, air-conditioned libraries, hostels, gyms and sports facilities.

Hostel and Facilities
Francis Xavier Engineering College is situated in the heart of the city Tirunelveli. The WiFi-enabled college campus is spread over across a large area.
Hostel
The engineering college has separate boys and girls hostels. The exterior and interior of the hostel buildings are very attractive. All the hostel rooms are well planned, spacious and well furnished too.
It provides 24 hours power back up, water heater and safe RO drinking water to all its students and staffs. The hostel mess provides fresh and tasty vegetarian and non-vegetarian food.
Campus Facilities
The technical institute put emphasis on the overall development of all the students. Thus, on one hand, it provides a very good academic atmosphere to its students on other hands.
It also provides high standard infrastructures such as a well-stocked library, well-equipped gym, cafeteria where students can relish their taste bud by a variety of food, auditorium etc.
The college also provides transport facility and medical facility to all the students and staff. Moreover, it has a very strong placement cell.
