Fee Structure of PPG Institute Of Technology (PPGIT) , Coimbatore

1. Merit Scholarship:

• Applicable to students who have secured more than 90% marks in their qualifying examination.
• Scholarship amount: Rs. 25,000 per year for B.E/B.Tech courses and Rs. 50,000 per year for M.E courses.

1. Caste Based Scholarship:

• Available for students belonging to SC/ST/BC/MBC/DNC categories.
• Scholarship amount varies based on category and parents' income.

1. First Graduate Scholarship:

• Given to students who are the first graduates in their family.
• Covers tuition fee for the entire course duration.

1. Minority Scholarship:

• For students from minority communities (Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists, Jains, Parsis).
• Amount depends on merit and student's income.

1. Sports Scholarship:

• Awarded to students excelling in sports at state or national level.
• Amount ranges from Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 50,000 per year.

Course-wise Scholarships:

• Available for specific branches of engineering (civil, mechanical, electrical, electronics, computer science).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Students belonging to reserved categories receive a 5% exemption in 12th marks.
• TNEA exam qualification with a valid non-zero score is required.
