Fee Structure Of KITSW, Warangal-Kakatiya Institute Of Technology And Science

Established in the year 1980, the institute is an autonomous body held under the Kakatiya University. The sole aim of this institute is to provide technical education to all its students. The institute is divided among 12 departments with a lush green campus covering an area of 65 acres.

Since its establishment the institute has grown tremendously not only academically but also in infrastructural facilities. The institutes provides various modern facilities such as Wi-Fi campus, cafeteria, boys and girls hostels, library, large classrooms, modern labs etc.

The various departments of the institute are as follows:

The departments together offer 8 under graduate program, 10 post graduate programs and 5 PhD programs. The aspirants of this institute need to appear for EAMCET examination after passing their intermediate exams.

Hostel and Facilities

Hostel

Kakatiya Institute of Technology and Science is spread across 65 acres. There is separate in-campus hostel accommodation for boys and girls. The hostels have intake capacity of over 750 students.

There are guest room facilities for parents as well as a recreation room with television and magazines. There is provision of medical attention and 24 hours ambulance service. The hostels have indoor games facilities, gymnasiumand internet access.

Other Facilities

The institute has facilities like- outdoor sports space of 10 acres, cafeteria, transport services, fully equipped laboratories and workshops.

Student Life

Students have options of joining various clubs – arts club, photography club, literary club, creative design club and programmers arena to name a few.

The institute ensures a vibrant student life with numerous technical and cultural events such as- Sanskriti, Sumshodhini, Mechovision, Technoplexus, Parikaran and others.
