Muffakham Jah College Of Engineering And Technology (MJCET) Hyderabad

Muffakham Jah College of Engineering and Technology (MJCET) is a private engineering college located in Hyderabad. It was founded in 1980 and is part of the Sultan-Ul-Uloom Education Society. 

MJCET is situated on a campus of 25 acres in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. It is affiliated with Osmania University and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). College has accreditation from NAAC with a Grade A+.

College offers B.Tech programs in eight branches and M.Tech in five specializations. Its flagship program is Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.). Major departments include Civil Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Information Technology and Computer Applications.

Student body includes over 3,500 students supported by a faculty of 130.

Facilities at college include a Math Lab, Academic Zone, AV Lab, Canteen, gym, library, modern labs and sports facilities. MJCET accepts TS EAMCET for B.Tech admissions.

In 2023, MJCET was ranked 68th among 281 colleges in India by India Today. It ranked 38th out of 246 colleges in India for its B.Tech program. College has collaborations with organizations like Astamed Healthcare and Heriotwatt University Dubai Campus. Companies like Infosys, TCS and Amazon recruit students regularly from the college.
