PG admissions in university departments depend on Common Admission Test (CAT). MBA admissions require scores from MAT, CAT, CMAT or KMAT, along with group discussion and personal interview.
University is recognized by University Grants Commission of India and holds an 'A' grade accreditation from NAAC. It is approved by AICTE, BCI, NCTE and COA.
Mahatma Gandhi University ranks 52nd overall and 31st among Indian universities in NIRF ranking report for 2023. According to Times Higher Education Rankings 2021 it placed in the top 600-800 universities globally and 15th among Indian institutes.
