- Provides a monthly stipend of Rs. 12,400/- for M.Tech and M.Phil students and Rs. 25,000/- for PhD students (maximum two years).
- Eligibility: Maintain a minimum CGPA of 7.5 out of 10.
- Need-based Scholarship:
- For economically weaker section candidates admitted to M.Tech, M.Phil, or PhD programs.
- Provides full tuition fee reimbursement based on marks and student needs.
- As of 2022, three students received tuition fee reimbursement.
