Scholarships

Merit-Based Scholarship:

The top 10 students in each semester in every course receive this scholarship.
It covers the tuition fees for the entire semester.
Eligibility criteria:
- Students must have secured at least 60% marks in the previous semester examination.
- They should have attended at least 75% of the classes in theory and practical subjects.
- Participation in at least one inter-college or inter-university sports event is required.

Sports Scholarship:

Eligible students receive Rs. 1000/- per month for 10 months.
Criteria for eligibility:
- Representation of India in any international sports event recognized by the Indian Olympic Association or Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports.
- Winning a medal in any national sports event recognized by the Indian Olympic Association or Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports.

Prof. R.P. Sharma Scholarship:

Awarded to the best footballers (one man and one woman).
Amount: Rs. 1000/- each year from the interest of the fixed deposit made by the family members of (Late) Prof. R.P. Sharma.

SC/ST/OBC Scholarship:

Eligibility:
- Students must belong to SC/ST/OBC categories as per Government of India norms.
- Submission of the scholarship form by February for scholarship processing.
