Ellenki College Of Engineering And Technology (ECET) Medak

Established in the year 2000, the college is located in a serene atmosphere at Patelguda village, Patancheru, Near BHEL, Hyderabad, about 18kms from JNTUH. The college is approved by AICTE and affiliated to JNTUH.

The college provides an impressive infrastructure to its students with well equipped labs and libraries which not only focus on the technical aspects but also focus on developing soft skills. The college has an efficient R&D cell and a successful Training & Placement cell with primary objective to find the opportunities of placements and motivate the students to catch those opportunities by enhancing the employable skills.

How to Apply

Application form can be bought from the academic counter of the institution or can be downloaded from the official website. Fill in the name, personal details, E-mail ID, academic details, Entrance Examination Rank, Registration number and attach a demand draft of the fees as decided by the concerned authority.

Attach all the documents identifying your identity and supporting your academics details along with scorecard. Submit the application form at the academic section of the institution

Admission Procedure

For undergraduate courses, students have to take Telangana State engineering entrance examination and admission is done on the basis of rank obtained in the examination.

Similarly, for postgraduate courses, students are selected on the basis of rank in Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) and the seat is alloted on merit basis. Students can confirm their seats by visiting the institute, verifying their documents and paying the fees for the course opted.

Hostel and Facilities

Hostel:

The campus is situated in a vast space. It has a gym and playground inside the campus with banks, post office and hospital nearby.

There is only 1 boys hostel available at the college.

The rooms are furnished and maintained by the hostel committee. Hostel is wifi enabled. The mess serves good food.

Also, numerous PG rooms are available nearby.

Medical care is available for the students.

Other facilities:

There is a library with above 19,000 volumes and various E-resources, computer lab, electro mechanics lab and physics, chemistry and language labs. There’s also an auditorium and a counselling centre. Transportation facility is also available of staff and students.

There is a placement cell and research and development cell as well on the campus. Industrial training is given to students to cultivate an understanding of real work atmosphere.

Cultural events and creative workshops are organized by respective departmental authorities.
