GMERS Medical College, Dharpur Patan is a medical college established in 2012. It is a government medical institute.

Campus covers 62 acres. It includes multiple building blocks with infrastructure for pre- and paraclinical departments that meet MCI standards. College offers an MBBS program which is its main course. It admits 200 undergraduate students each year. Faculty consists of 166 members and there are 800 students enrolled.

GMERS Medical College is affiliated with Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University. National Medical Commission (NMC) approves college. Its facilities include five A/C lecture theaters in the medical college and one in the hospital. Each department has dedicated demonstration rooms. There are separate common rooms for male and female students. Library is housed in a three-story air-conditioned building with an outer reading room for 150 students.

The college accepts NEET UG for admission. Students complete a 1-year internship after the MBBS program with a stipend of approximately Rs.18,000.
