Forthwith somany othertrustees andeducation loving donorsgaveastrong footingto theAmreliShaikshanikSankul with theirfullheart&soul supportandfaith. On this occasion many local volunteers present also expressed their firm determination to this holy cause and took a vow to contribute their all the possible co-operation and hard work in this holy mission of education.

The college is affiliated to Gujarat Technical University (GTU), Ahmedabad and is run by Shri. Amreli Jilla Vidyasabha Trust.
The Governing body consisting of President, two Vice-Presidents, Managing Trustee, two Honorary Secretaries, the Director, the Deputy Director, trustees, members and Principal is ex-officio secretary, runs the college. The governing body is run by the power and functions laid in the constitution of the trust. The Principal of the college is the fountain head of the institute. For the smooth functioning of the college, the administration is decentralized by entrusting the various responsibilities to various committees such as Admission Committee, Time Table Committee, Sports Committee, Cultural Activities Committee, Discipline Maintaining Committee , Library Committee and Examination Committee etc.
