Fee Structure of M.T.B. Arts College, Surat

• Maganlal Thakordas Balmukunddas Scholarship: For students securing highest marks in B.A. and M.A. examinations.
• Shri Kishorilal Jethalal Shah Scholarship: For students securing highest marks in B.A. (English) and M.A. (English) examinations.
• Shri Chimanlal Maganlal Shah Scholarship: For students securing highest marks in B.A. (Gujarati) and M.A. (Gujarati) examinations.
• Shri Manilal Ranchhodlal Shah Scholarship: For students securing highest marks in B.A. (Sanskrit) and M.A. (Sanskrit) examinations.
• Shri Ramanlal Manilal Shah Scholarship: For students securing highest marks in B.A. (Economics) and M.A. (Economics) examinations.
• Shri Kantilal Maganlal Shah Scholarship: For students securing highest marks in B.A. (History) and M.A. (History) examinations.
• Shri Pravinchandra Maganlal Shah Scholarship: For students securing highest marks in B.A. (Psychology) and M.A. (Psychology) examinations.

The amount of scholarship varies from Rs. 500 to Rs. 1000 per year depending on the course and the marks obtained by the student.

The eligibility criteria for these scholarships are:

• The student must have passed the previous examination with at least 60% marks.
• The student must have a good attendance record and conduct.
• The student must not have any backlog or supplementary exam.
• The student must not be receiving any other scholarship or financial assistance from any other source.

Apart from these scholarships, the college also offers freeship to needy students who belong to SC/ST/OBC/EWS categories or have a family income below Rs. 2,50,000 per annum. The freeship covers the tuition fee and other charges of the college.
